I just wanted to drop you a quick line to tell you not only how pleased I am with the Solar Panels your company fitted for me in October 2011, but to also tell you what a superb job your fitters did. I also wanted to tell you why I chose GD Electrical & Solar against the other companies that I had received quotations from.

On the day of my initial appointment, firstly you arrived on time. Out of six companies that visited me you were the only company who actually came equipped with ladders and a yellow accurate measuring device and made me feel like you really know what you were doing. I was also impressed that you also took your shoes off at my back door to avoid putting muddy shoes from my rain soaked muddy garden on my carpet.

You then explained to me in detail about the different types of solar panels available and the different pricing structures of these panel in a way that was clear and easy to understand. The visit was followed with a well written and very well presented quotation pack. This was not only full of technical infromation about the different panels and their performance rates and their different prices, but also contained information about your company and realistic predicted system performances. Useful information about having MCS registered installers and the REAL assurance scheme also gave assurance and the way the pack was put together made it very easy to read and understand.

After looking throught the information from all six companies that had given me quotations, it was between yourselves and another company on the pricee and model of panel. However it was your politeness and efficiency, the reasons mentioned above and finally the well presented quotation pack that made me chose your company. I also felt so confident with your company, I did not feel it necessary to get different companies to quote for a PV system on my elderly fathers house too, so you were the only company that quoted and as you know recieved the order too.

Two days before installation the scaffolding was errected, and the work was started and completed over the following two days as per the agreed schedule. The fitters were polite, professional and courteous at all times and they made sure that everything was tidy each evening before they left. There is nothing I could fault them on.
